Senior Data Integration Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Integration Professional to join our organization and play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and optimizing complex data migrations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) and extensive experience with data transformation & modeling. They will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of the platform's data architecture and creating efficient processes for data handling.

  • Data Migrations: Design, manage, and optimize complex data migrations to ensure seamless integration across various systems.
  • Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently manage and transform large datasets.
  • Data Transformation & Modelling: Build a strong foundation in recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) and develop expertise in data transformation & modeling.
  • Own the end-to-end process, including the injection of new data into production environments and providing support to customer success teams.
  • Documentation: Establish clear processes for data handling and create comprehensive documentation for end-to-end pipeline management.

Requirements:

  • Experienced professionals required with a proven track record of successful data migration projects.
  • Must have conducted at least 20 customer migrations.
  • Strong understanding of data transformation & modeling principles.
  • Experience with dbt, AWS, and Redshift.
