We are looking for someone who can meet tight deadlines, devise a recruitment strategy, and close positions within the agreed timeline. You will also be responsible for updating candidate details accurately in our database tracker and communicating with hiring managers to understand talent requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates
  • Conducting preliminary interviews
  • Meeting deadlines and devising recruitment strategies
  • Updating candidate details and communicating with hiring managers

As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that candidates receive timely communication, including aptitude tests, assignments, and interview schedules.

You will also be responsible for auditing documents shared by candidates to ensure alignment with provided information and conducting pre-reference checks with the right members from the candidate's previous organization.

Negotiating offers with candidates while keeping their previous CTC in mind is also a key aspect of this role. Maintaining open communication channels with candidates post-offer acceptance and before joining date is crucial to reduce dropout chances.
