Job Title: Senior Java Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Software Engineer to join our team at Deqode. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Object-Oriented Design & Development, with experience in the Spring framework and message queues like Kafka, EventHub, or AMQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring and other frameworks.
  • Work with message queues such as Kafka, EventHub, or AMQ for real-time data processing.
  • Manage and integrate with databases like Oracle or SQL Server.
  • Deploy and manage applications in Azure Cloud, Pivotal Cloud, or other cloud environments.
  • Use GitHub, GitLab, or similar source code management tools for version control and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Java and OOP principles.
  • Strong experience in the Spring framework (Spring Boot preferred).
  • Familiarity with message queues like Kafka, AMQ, or EventHub.
  • Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or Pivotal Cloud.
  • Proficiency in using source code management tools like GitHub or GitLab.
