About the Role

Mobile App Growth Marketers play a vital role in scaling user acquisition, improving campaign performance, and driving revenue growth for wellness apps. We're seeking an experienced professional to run and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Apple, Google, and other channels.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for executing paid campaigns day in and day out, optimizing funnels, and ensuring growth at scale. If you thrive on experimenting with creatives and funnels, leveraging AI + analytics tools to push performance, and staying updated with performance marketing trends, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms to drive installs and conversions
  • Build and iterate on user acquisition funnels to ensure campaigns scale profitably
  • Leverage AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization
  • Analyze campaign and funnel data using tools like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows
  • Stay up-to-date with performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google)
  • Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets
  • Hands-on experience with Web2App Funnels
  • Practical use of AI in marketing workflows (campaign automations, creative testing, etc)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
