Multimedia Faculty

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Faculty to join our team at HEC Group of Institutions, a renowned educational institution under the HEC Centre for Global Skills, Haridwar. As a Multimedia Faculty, you will be responsible for training students in multimedia, graphic design, web animation, VFX, and gaming.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for students on multimedia software, including Compositing, Photoshop, After Effects, Nuke, Fusion, PF Track, Silhouette, and other relevant tools.
• Manage batch schedules and ensure timely delivery of training sessions.
• Mentor students for portfolio development modules and provide guidance on self-assessment trainings.
• Coordinate students' development events and competitions.
• Stay updated with new software and technologies and implement them in the curriculum as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in teaching or industry, with a strong background in multimedia, graphic design, and VFX.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere.
• Familiarity with 3D animation and compositing software, such as Nuke, Fusion, and After Effects.
• Able to work effectively in a team and provide guidance to students.
• Strong passion for mentoring and developing students' skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, and other game development software.
