Lead Automation Engineer with Big Data Expertise

As a Lead Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing testing frameworks to ensure the quality of our Enterprise TruRisk Platform. This platform helps customers measure, communicate, and eliminate cyber risks.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java and Selenium, as well as expertise in automating backend applications such as databases and REST APIs. You should also have a strong understanding of testing methodologies and be able to design and implement automation frameworks.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about automation and has a proven track record of leading teams to achieve maximum automation coverage. The successful candidate will work closely with our development team to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement testing frameworks to ensure the quality of our Enterprise TruRisk Platform
  • Automate backend applications using Java and Selenium
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks
  • Work closely with development team to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Lead a team of automation engineers to achieve maximum automation coverage

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in full-time testing role and at least 4-6 years in hands-on automation role as lead
  • Hands-on experience with Java and Selenium
  • Experience with building and designing automation frameworks
  • Hands-on experience in automating backend applications (e.g., database, REST APIs)
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies
  • Good debugging skills
  • Working experience working in Linux/Unix environment
