Senior AI Engineer for Retail Media

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and develop cutting-edge AI solutions for retail media. As part of our fast-growing team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable AI models and pipelines using PyTorch/TensorFlow and cloud ML platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Apply Responsible AI principles to ensure fairness, explainability, and bias mitigation in AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build end-to-end AI systems on cloud platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 8–12 years of applied data science/ML experience, with strong domain exposure to e-commerce, advertising, or retail.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud ML platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker).
