**Job Description**

We are seeking a seasoned Front-End Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate combines strong technical proficiency with UI/UX sensibility and will lead the front-end development of user-centric web applications.

The developer will collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver modern, high-performance digital experiences across browsers and devices.

The key responsibilities include leading the development and maintenance of front-end architecture using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, guiding junior developers, translating high-fidelity UI/UX designs into functional, mobile-first web components, ensuring optimal performance, responsiveness, and accessibility, collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and back-end teams, championing and implementing front-end standards, reusable components, and design systems, evaluating and integrating new tools, libraries, or frameworks, troubleshooting complex UI/UX bugs and compatibility issues, and contributing to front-end technical roadmaps and architectural decisions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional front-end development experience
  • Expert-level skills in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap (4/5)
  • A strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
  • Experience with cross-browser development and progressive enhancement
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices and ARIA roles
  • A solid command of version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery and DOM manipulation
  • Experience working in agile development environments
