We are seeking a skilled Technical Development Lead to join our team. This is a key role that will drive the development of our applications and ensure they meet business requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical leadership, with experience in managing full systems life cycle management activities. They will be responsible for participating in component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development initiatives.

This position requires input to applications development project plans and integrations. The Technical Development Lead will also collaborate with teams and support emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives.

This role requires a strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and SAFe. The successful candidate will be able to lead cross-functional teams and drive the development of high-quality applications.

Required Skills:
  • .NET/C# (SOLID, Webservice/Microservices)
  • Front End (WPF, C#, SQL Server)
  • SQL Server/Cosmos DB
  • Visual Studio, Git
  • Testing (Unit testing/MOQ/Subsitute/etc)
  • Minimum 4+ years as working Technical Development Lead
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree or International equivalent
  • Bachelors Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
