Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced systems professional with expertise in Retail Technology to fill this role.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in analyzing technology systems and processes for new feature implementation and design improvements.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the POS application.
  • Build business cases, including cost/benefit analysis, for strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Ensure production data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness for guest and employee profiles, transactions, etc.
  • Build and optimize monitoring and alerting capabilities across multiple integrations, not limited to POS.
  • Automate report generation in Power BI, Splunk, etc., to get meaningful KPIs.
  • Understand the architecture of applications and the technology stack to recommend appropriate strategies to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, QA testers, and IT support staff.
  • Analyze real/actual data for business reporting, project decision-making, and production issues troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
