Human Resource Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Development Specialist to join our team at Zycus. As a Content and Communications Professional, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the learning culture of our organization by crafting engaging learning materials and ensuring effective communication with our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and curate engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, training materials, manuals, and guides.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate complex topics into easy-to-understand learning materials across varying topics and skillset themes.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with learning objectives and company values.
  • Design and execute internal communications plans to promote learning initiatives, internal events, and resources.
  • Craft compelling messages for various platforms, including emails, newsletters, LMS, and org-level internal events.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information and updates, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information related to learning initiatives, org-level internal events, and org-level engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of the learning management system (LMS) and Knowledge Management platform.
  • Upload and organize learning materials, courses, and resources on the LMS platform and KMS platform.
  • Monitor user engagement and provide recommendations for enhancing user experience and increasing user adoption.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing learning materials to maintain relevance and accuracy.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to gather inputs from learners and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure content complies with industry standards and best practices for learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in content creation, communications, and/or learning and development.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, iSpring Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories is preferred.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.
  • A proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
