**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to build and scale a new food brand from the ground up. This role requires a strong strategist who can drive market presence, positioning, and consumer connection.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end brand initiatives across digital, retail, direct-to-consumer (D2C), and marketplaces, ensuring a robust business impact.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:**

  • Brand Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive brand strategy, including positioning and value proposition.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Drive cross-functional marketing campaigns that leverage digital, influencer, and public relations channels.
  • Market Research & Insights: Manage consumer and market research, track brand health, and generate actionable insights.
  • Marketing Partnerships: Collaborate with performance marketing teams and agencies to ensure effective brand messaging.
  • Brand Activations: Plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) activations, in-store visibility, and sales enablement tools.
  • Digital Presence: Build and maintain a strong brand presence on D2C platforms and e-commerce/quick commerce marketplaces.

**Requirements:**

  • 4–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
