About the Role


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vice President to lead our Technology Audit and Compliance team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing assurance on the effectiveness of our internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.


About the Team


Our team is responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of our technology systems and data. We work closely with various departments to identify and mitigate risks, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for scoping and planning of projects/audits, reviewing technology processes, analyzing risks, and assessing the design and operating effectiveness of controls implemented to mitigate risk.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in technology audit and compliance, with at least 10 years of experience in technology auditing focusing on financial services. You will also need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask while managing both time and workload.

Qualifications


We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology audit and compliance, with at least 10 years of experience in technology auditing focusing on financial services. They will also need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask while managing both time and workload.


Preferred Qualifications


Preferred qualifications include a BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA/MSc or equivalent university degree in information technology, experience in managing audit engagements or technology projects, good people management skills, and relevant certification or industry accreditation (e.g. CISA).


Language


This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with technology management teams. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of business and technology concepts.


Location


This role is based in our global headquarters in New York and requires regular travel to other locations within the US and Europe.
