Senior Engineering Leadership Role

Overview of the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead initiatives that drive technological advancements, improve code quality, and boost efficiency across our technology portfolio.

  • This role will focus on establishing and embedding software engineering best practices, defining SRE principles, and driving cloud cost optimization.
  • The successful candidate will lead teams in implementing CI/CD enhancements, test automation, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) to accelerate software delivery while ensuring quality and stability.
  • This position requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor engineers in both technical and soft skills.
About You:

You should possess:

  • A deep understanding of software engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, and continuous deployments.
  • Experience in designing and building complex software systems end-to-end, with a proven track record of delivering optimally and operating them in production.
  • Strong technical and interpersonal skills to collaborate with architecture and delivery teams, define technical guardrails, and establish a consistent development framework.
  • A passion for mentoring and coaching engineers in both technical and soft skills.
  • A product-centric mindset, combined with strong technical skills, to design scalable, effective engineering solutions.
