Job Description:

• We are a trusted turnkey solution provider for interior fit-out and civil works, serving corporate, residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• The ideal candidate should bring strong design expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the flexibility to visit project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and develop innovative design solutions for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, timelines, and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
• Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for on-time, quality delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Work collaboratively with team members and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and related tools.
• 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English).
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
• Must own a vehicle for office/site commuting.
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
