Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Functional Analyst SAP-FICO to join our team. As a key member of our implementation and support team, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation and support of SAP Financials, with a focus on FICO Controlling. Your expertise in SAP FICO will enable you to analyze complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials, with a focus on FICO Controlling
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
  • Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
  • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives
  • Develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
  • Design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO modules
  • Identify gaps, issues, and work-around solutions
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting
  • Document functional designs, test cases, and results
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
  • Act as liaison between business functions and technical team
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Requirements
  • Expertise in SAP FICO with 4 to 8 years of experience
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a sense of urgency and high energy level
  • Hands-on development experience in requirement gathering, AS-IS/TO-BE/GAP analysis, process design, BBP design, TR activities, RICEFW, FS document preparation, scenario-specific configuration/customization/integration, testing/training/documentation, data migration/cut-over activities/deployment, GST/withholding tax, LSMW/BDC, sort out day-to-day queries of end users, configure global settings and enterprise structure settings, configure G/L, A/P, A/R, asset accounting, prepare end-user training documents, validations/substitutions, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis, SAP query
  • Experience in integrations with SD, FI/CO, AM, MM, and PS modules
  • Good domain understanding in FICO, MM, and PS areas
  • Good team player and good communication skills
  • Ability to deliver cross-functional development objects
