Job Summary
TechnipFMC is seeking a highly skilled Welder V to join our team. As a Welder V, you will be responsible for operating welding tools following complex specifications, planning the sequence of welding operations, and monitoring and controlling the welding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain welding equipment to ensure high-quality results
- Plan and coordinate welding activities to meet deadlines and performance targets
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and protocols
- Lead and mentor junior welders to develop their skills and expertise
- Identify and resolve welding process issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, metallurgy)
- 2-3 years of experience in welding operations
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
