Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain welding equipment to ensure high-quality results
  • Plan and coordinate welding activities to meet deadlines and performance targets
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and protocols
  • Lead and mentor junior welders to develop their skills and expertise
  • Identify and resolve welding process issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, metallurgy)
  • 2-3 years of experience in welding operations
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
