AI Team Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Team Lead to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI solutions across various domains.

  • Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers & data scientists in delivering scalable AI/ML solutions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Staying ahead of the curve on AI advancements.
  • Mentoring team members to improve their skills and expertise.
  • Driving the development of innovative AI solutions.

We require someone with:

  • 5+ years of experience in ML/Data Science, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in multiple ML domains (CV, NLP, LLMs).
  • Strong skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, Detectron2.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and Kubernetes/Airflow.
  • Contributions to research or open-source projects.
