We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead QA Test Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and automation testing.

The role involves developing and executing automated tests, creating test cases, and performing manual testing as needed. The individual will also be responsible for collaborating with development teams to ensure software quality and addressing any issues identified during testing.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present QA automation solutions to customers and leadership.

  • Automation Frameworks: Experience with Selenium, Playwright, webdriverIO, or Appium is mandatory.
  • Testing Tools: Proficiency in using POSTMAN, API Testing, Mobile Application Testing, and Reporting Tools is required.
  • Coding Skills: Ability to learn new frameworks and coding languages is essential.
  • APM Platforms: Familiarity with Datadog, Dynatrace, ELK platforms is desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Automation Quality Assurance: Experience in automation quality assurance, manual testing, and creating test cases is mandatory.
  • Framework Development: Ability to build testing automation framework from scratch and integrate with CI/CD pipeline is essential.
  • Software Testing: Proficiency in software testing principles and understanding of software development methodologies is required.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in test automation tools and frameworks is mandatory.
