Job Description :
We seek an experienced HCM Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative HCM solutions, primarily focusing on SAP HCM Time Management, NPO Payroll, and NPO Benefits.
Key Responsibilities :
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for HCM solutions.
- Implement custom and standard PCRs and SCHEMAS for payroll processing.
- Enhance NPO-specific tables and configurations.
- Develop and implement customized solutions using ABAP HR.
- Integrate SAP HCM with other systems, including Workday.
Requirements :
Essential :
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM Time Management, NPO Payroll, and NPO Benefits.
- Expertise in custom/standard PCRs and SCHEMAS development and maintenance.
- Knowledge of NPO-specific tables and their maintenance.
- Experience in solution design and development of customized solutions using ABAP HR.
Desirable :
- Experience with Workday and its integrations with SAP HCM.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
