Personal Branding Coordinator

We seek a meticulous and organized Professional to facilitate collaboration between clients, creative teams, and strategists.

This role is pivotal in ensuring timely project execution, seamless communication, and smooth workflow management.

  • Coordinate with clients for inputs, approvals, and feedback.
  • Manage multiple projects across content calendars, posts, and campaigns.
  • Work closely with designers, writers, and editors to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Maintain project trackers, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Support research & development of personal branding content.
  • Follow up on tasks (internally & externally) to ensure efficient execution.
  • Prepare reports on progress, engagement, and campaign updates.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media workflows is beneficial.
  • Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, or CRM platforms.
  • Attention to detail & ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A proactive mindset—you take initiative and follow up on tasks.
