Job Opportunity:

  • Seeking an experienced professional to provide functional consulting services for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist developers/team members in testing, debugging software programs, and enhancements to meet project goals.
  • Work on finance modules support for business solutions within a defined Software Development Lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in functional consulting with Oracle EBS Financials.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Financials and Accounting Hub.
  • Possess hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12, strong knowledge of Oracle Financials.
  • Configure Oracle EBS Modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
  • Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis across P2P and O2C business cycles.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex application issues, working with clients, other IT departments, and suppliers as appropriate.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, providing Tier-3 functional support when required.
  • Support key business processes/activities including Month end and Year end support activities to Business users.
  • Partner with business and technology managers to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Proficient in writing Functional Design Documents.
  • Experience in mapping business requirements, gap analysis, and preparation of Functional/Technical Design documents.
  • Ensure data integrity and reconciliation between upstream and downstream systems.
  • Utilize past experience to implement innovative approaches to help improve business processes and system performance.
