Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
  • Implement and configure GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, and CO-PA modules.
  • Define and maintain chart of accounts, company codes, controlling areas, and other organizational units.
  • Configure tax procedures, payment terms, and other financial settings.
  • Configure intercompany transactions and reconciliation processes.
  • Analyze and document business requirements related to finance processes.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
  • Design and implement solutions to optimize financial processes.
  • Conduct workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders.
  • Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
  • Provide end-user training and support.
  • Ensure smooth transition during go-live and post-go-live support.
  • Configure and test integrations between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM) and external systems.
  • Participate in data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping, and loading.
  • Work with the technical team to ensure smooth data migration.

Requirements:
  • 7 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
  • Strong hands-on experience in configuring SAP FICO modules.
  • Deep understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
  • Experience in setting up a new company code within SAP.
  • Experience with integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules.
  • Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Experience with testing tools.
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment.
