**Senior Frontend Developer Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to lead our frontend development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling applications for diverse use cases, high data volumes, and large user bases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Drive technical direction, mentor a team of developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across all frontend technologies.
  • Hands-on Development: Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks. Architect and build responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications.
  • Technology Ownership: Demonstrate expertise across a broad range of frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, React Native, Flutter, Ionic, etc.). Evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment across engineering, design, QA, and product teams. Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong command over React and React Native is a must.
  • Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic is a plus.
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, etc.). Familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Detox.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
