Syngene International is a research-driven contract research organization (CRO) serving the pharmaceutical industry. As an Invitro ADME Research Scientist, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality research services to our clients.

Mandatory Expectations:

  • Conduct in vitro ADME assays and pharmacokinetics studies with high precision and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of in vitro ADME assays and related technologies.
  • Participate in the development of new research projects and contribute to the growth of our business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute in vitro ADME assays, including metabolism and physicochemical studies.
  • Analyze and interpret data from in vitro ADME assays.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in in vitro ADME assays and related technologies.
  • Prepare and present study results to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of new research protocols and methodologies.

Educational Qualification:

  • M Pharm. in pharmaceutical sciences or M Sc. in biological science.

Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of in vitro ADME assays and technical expertise in trouble shooting the assays.
  • Experience in conducting cell-based assays using wild type and transporter transfected cell lines.
  • Good, demonstrated knowledge in software such as Microsoft Excel and GraphPad Prism.
  • Report preparation and review of the reports ready to share with the clients.

Experience:

  • M Pharm. in pharmaceutical sciences or M Sc. in biological science with one to four years of Industrial experience in DMPK/ADME research.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Demonstrate ability to be a team player.
  • Commitment to deliver the study reports within the agreed timelines.
  • Adaptability to changes in the dynamic lab environment.
  • Communicate confidently with colleagues and collaborators in the meetings and presentation of study reports.
