We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Content Management professional with extensive experience in IBM FileNet to lead the development of innovative content management solutions, driving digital transformation across enterprise platforms.

  • Prioritize the design and implementation of scalable ECM systems using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Leverage expertise to oversee end-to-end content lifecycle management, including capture, storage, retrieval, and archival processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and translate them into technical solutions, fostering effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead project delivery, timelines, and communication strategies, ensuring timely completion and exceeding expectations.
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of ECM platforms, enhancing overall system efficiency.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, promoting best practices within the organization.
Essential Skills:
  • Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Case Manager.
  • Show a solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management principles and their applications.
  • Evidence of experience in workflow automation, document management, and business process management is essential.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, engage stakeholders, and lead high-performing teams is critical.
  • Familiarity with integrating ECM systems with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM) is desirable.
  • A solid grasp of digital communication platforms and strategies is also required.
