Job Title: Senior Backend Developer

Seniority Level: Senior

Years of Relevant Experience: 5+ Years

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems that support our operations platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and development of scalable software architecture.
  • Take full ownership of product lifecycle from conceptualization through deployment.
  • Implement Test-Driven Development practices and ensure high-quality code.
  • Build reusable modular code and libraries.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance speed and scalability.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong programming foundation in Python including debugging and performance analysis.
  • Experience in developing web applications and APIs (REST XML etc.)
  • Considerable expertise in secure software development and handling sensitive data.
  • Well-established experience in all phases of development - requirement gathering system design implementation testing deployment and maintenance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Source Code Repository and experience working with Git.
  • Hands on experience in DB design Architecture with focus on performance.
  • Knowledge of caching techniques and utilities like Memcache Redis.
  • Experience working on Apache Nginx or any other web/app server.
  • Experience in containerization tool Docker.
  • Hands on experience in enterprise level deployment and scaling.
  • Strong analytical critical thinking skills to effectively solve complex problems.
