Our organization is looking for a talented UI/UX designer to spearhead the creation of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our web applications.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting seamless and engaging user experiences that meet the evolving needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and prototype user-centric dashboards and data-driven web interfaces that prioritize ease of use and accessibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to bring innovative ideas to life
  • Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
  • Develop and maintain a consistent design system that promotes brand cohesion and facilitates scalability
  • Transform complex workflows into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences that drive business outcomes

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications (preferably B2B/SaaS)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing dashboard designs and web UIs that demonstrate your expertise and creativity
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software
  • A deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and responsive design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Bonus: Experience with data visualization and design systems is highly valued.
