Job Description:

The role of a Process Improvement Specialist is to enhance business performance by analyzing and optimizing operational processes. This involves conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide continuous feedback to associates by performing regular process audits.
  • Develop insightful reports to provide a comprehensive overview of business performance status.
  • Identify and manage small-scale process improvement opportunities through root cause analysis.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to conduct in-depth exploration and uncover actionable insights for both identified and unforeseen challenges.
  • Provide inputs to program management teams for process / tool improvements based on findings in audit.
  • Engage with and contribute to pilot programs, delivering prompt and valuable feedback to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate good process acumen to develop strategic policies that further simplify the process.

About the Role:

This is a high-performance team working closely with customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and statistical skills, problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A bachelor's degree or higher is required, and relocation to Bangalore may be necessary.
