Build Scalable Web Applications

Navi's engineering team is responsible for building the backbone of our financial products. As a software developer, you will be working on user-facing features that directly impact millions of users.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving real-world problems and are eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test and maintain responsive web applications with clean, efficient and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices and maintain code quality.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in web development, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent Computer Science fundamentals, functional programming, data structures and algorithms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and modern front-end frameworks like React or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  • Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility, web performance optimization and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
