Backend Engineering Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires strong technical expertise and exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in software architecture design, cloud platforms, and leading development teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solutions Architecture Support: Provide strategic guidance on solutions architecture, troubleshoot complex issues, and assist in technical implementations.
  • Technical Guidance: Leverage deep expertise in multiple tech stacks to enhance project accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
  • Team Oversight: Oversee development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and providing technical guidance.
  • Mentorship: Conduct training sessions and mentor developers on technical best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working with multiple backend technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following tech stacks: Nodejs, Reactjs, Python.
  • Strong experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with design patterns and best software architecture practices.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to balance detail and big-picture perspectives.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and API design best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-based solutions in backend applications.
