Job Summary

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Graphic Designer Lead to lead our creative team in producing outstanding visual communications. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles, as well as excellent leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Direction: Develop and communicate creative concepts and strategies that align with our goals and brand identity, inspiring creativity and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, ensuring their professional growth and development.
  • Fashion Events & Shows: Conceptualise and execute fashion shows and events, including fashion styling, direction, and designing.
  • Market Trends and Research: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, conducting research to gather insights that inform creative decisions.
  • Creative Works: Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital media, such as logos, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, and promotional materials.
  • Concept Development: Work with the team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for projects and campaigns.
  • Design Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant tools.
  • Branding and Visual Identity: Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to our brand guidelines across all materials.
  • Layout and Composition: Develop and execute layout designs that are aesthetically pleasing, engaging, and communicate the intended message effectively.
  • Timely Delivery: Meet project deadlines and deliver design assets on time, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination with other team members.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Communications, Fashion Design, Advertising, Commercial Arts or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership role.
  • Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro), and familiarity with copywriting and art direction.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire creative professionals.
  • Exceptional creativity, innovative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate creative ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.

Estimated Salary

Rs 2,500,000 - Rs 5,000,000 per annum.
