Job Title: Generative AI Technical Architect

At Alstom, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation in the transportation industry. As a Generative AI Technical Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI solutions that drive business growth and transform the way we move people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of highly scalable, distributed machine learning solutions for AI/ML/DL/NLP platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team on generative AI best practices, architecture, and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the research and development of advanced generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, autoregressive models, and novel architectures.
  • Develop and deploy generative AI models, frameworks, and algorithms into scalable REST API services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI to ensure our solutions are at the forefront of the industry.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to preprocess and curate datasets suitable for generative AI applications.
  • Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate and improve the performance, accuracy, and reliability of generative AI models through experimentation and iteration.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (6-11 years) working in machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, NLP, data mining, or artificial intelligence.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks used in generative AI development.
  • In-depth knowledge of generative AI techniques, including but not limited to generative adversarial networks (GANs), variational auto-encoders (VAEs), and deep reinforcement learning.
  • Experience in data mining, text mining, and creating data architectures.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
  • Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in MLOps for generative AI deployments and monitoring.
  • Experience in building chatbots, Q&A bots.
  • Experience in using business intelligence tools (Tableau) and data frameworks (Hadoop).
  • Strong mathematics skills (statistics, algebra, probability).
  • Experience in cloud services PaaS and SaaS, REST API, serverless functions.
  • Understanding of Compute Engines, VM, Containers is a plus.
  • Experience working using Agile-based principles and tools.
  • Solid experience architecting and developing AI and machine learning applications.
  • Experience with full-stack application.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to architect innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
Language & Skills:
  • Proficient in English language.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
