Automation Systems Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to design, build, and deploy an end-to-end automation system that streamlines our operations.

The goal is simple: replace manual admin processes with reliable automations that meet compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design and implement document automations (receipts, contracts, audit packs, authority forms).">
  • Build workflows for one-click actions in Slack.">
  • Configure and optimize CRM (fields, automations, deal stages) for Pipedrive.">
  • Automate document generation from Google Docs to PDF and email to Drive storage.">
  • Integrate e-signature workflows using DocuSign.">
  • Automate onboarding workflows for Property Management tools.">
  • Route leads from funnels and classify them via AI.">
  • Build compliance workflows (intake checklists, missing-doc reminders, SLA trackers).">
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking.">
  • Ensure all workflows follow security, compliance, and reliability standards.">
  • Provide documentation, diagrams, and runbooks, plus training for internal users.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Proven experience with no-code automation platforms.">
  • Strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows.">
  • Experience with CRM automation (Pipedrive preferred).">
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace automation (Docs, Drive, Sheets).">
  • Knowledge of API/integration using DocuSign.">
  • Ability to integrate with Property Management tools & BGL Simple Fund 360.">
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows (finance, property, or legal).">
  • Ops/Systems mindset: able to map messy business processes into structured workflows.">
  • Strong communication skills, excellent documentation habits.">
