Backend Software Engineer

About the role:

We're building a scalable and reliable solution for data-driven insights. Our mission is to create an AI-native platform that replaces static CRMs.

As a skilled Backend Software Engineer, you'll design and build robust backend systems that power our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver full-stack features and ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation.

  • Design and build scalable GraphQL APIs using NestJS.
  • Develop secure and performant backend services handling large-scale data.
  • Integrate with Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and DynamoDB.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and data teams to deliver full-stack features.
  • Write modular, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Build and manage microservices and background workers.
  • Use Docker and Kubernetes for development, testing, and deployment.
  • Maintain code quality with unit and integration testing (Jest, SuperTest, etc.).
  • Design, build, and maintain backend services with AWS.
  • Develop efficient queries and data models in Postgres and DynamoDB.
  • Implement containerized applications using Docker.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in backend software development.
  • Proficiency with AWS services.
  • Strong knowledge of Postgres and DynamoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
