The role of an Investment Banking Manager is to oversee and manage the daily operations of investment banking teams. This includes ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve processes and controls within the organization.
- Monitor and capture overall data from various global functional teams across clients.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of process areas to operational scenarios to provide solutions.
- Identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions using logical and systematic methodologies.
- Lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objectives.
- Be self-directed, proactive, and seize opportunities to meet internal and external customer needs.
Requirements:
- Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
- 6 to 10 years of experience in handling a team of minimum 25 members with good knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.
- Ability to conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in complexity and scope.
- Knowledge of offshoring processes and methodologies is highly preferred.
- Seeking a challenging new position in a dynamic high growth industry.
- Good logical and quantitative abilities.
