CIO Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT leader to drive the success of our organization's technology initiatives.

• Technical Leadership: Provide day-to-day technical guidance and support to staff across departments, ensuring seamless delivery of IT services.
• Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners, guaranteeing high availability and performance.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults efficiently.
• Data Security and Compliance: Ensure data security, backups, and recovery processes are regularly implemented and in line with industry standards.
• IT Asset Management: Maintain and update the IT inventory, documentation, and asset tracking, providing visibility into IT resources.
• Network Management: Manage LAN/WAN networks, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field (BCA, B Sc IT, MCA, B Tech preferred)
• Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles
• Familiarity with antivirus, firewalls, CCTV systems, and backup solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
