Female Telecalling Trainee Wanted.

We are on the lookout for a diligent Female Telecaller to work with us. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to handle admission targets efficiently and have fluency in Bengali. Proficiency in English is also required, with Hindi being an added advantage.

About the Role:

  • The primary responsibility of this position will be to counsel students on course options, ensuring they find the best fit for their needs.
  • The candidate will need to effectively communicate the benefits of specific courses to convert leads into admissions.

Key Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with students and colleagues alike.
  • They should be able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Bengali is essential, with English language skills a significant plus.
