Finance Specialist Job Description

The role of a finance specialist is to provide financial support and services to an organization.

  • Manage statutory and tax compliances, including TDS, GST, and ROC filings.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely execution of statutory audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all Indian statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely execution of audit-related activities.
  • End-to-end ownership of accounting and book closure activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent; CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA / M.Com preferred.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in Indian finance and accounts function.
  • In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, ROC filings, audits, and Indian accounting standards.
