Network Security and IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure and Network Security professional to join our team at Green Shoots HR Solutions. As a General Manager of IT Infrastructure and Network Security, you will be responsible for managing our company's technology infrastructure and network security operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement IT infrastructure and network security strategies to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
- Lead a team of internal and external experts responsible for handling network management and support, problem management, and managing network performance.
- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and telecommunications network IT operations/service delivery, IT budget, and procurement vendor management, and technical team management with 24x7 uptime and availability of production mission-critical customer-facing services deployed in a hybrid architecture.
- Achieve high levels of service availability and performance through the implementation of infrastructure architecture tools, automation, and processes.
- Develop RFP/RFI, conduct product evaluations, manage product and services selections, and ensure that pricing terms and conditions for supplier contracts meet the organization's needs and expectations.
- Evaluate, develop, and manage outsourced support programs, including IT infrastructure and application support. Maintain strategic vendor relationships and outsourcing contracts, create, track, and report operational metrics, KPIs, and project status for all aspects of the relationship with the vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with current technology market trends and develop infrastructure strategy, architecture, and delivery processes.
- Ensure that the IT infrastructure Operations function delivers the required productivity, cost, service, and uptime results and interfaces with customers/internal departments.
B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Science / Information Technology.
Preferred Competencies and Skills- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of large-scale data center operations, virtualized private cloud, network operations, production operations support, and disaster recovery.
- Experience in large-scale networking implementation and security management.
- Exposure to information security practices and implementation experience.
- Experience in related IT disciplines such as enterprise software applications, various databases, would be desirable.
- Understanding of various frameworks & standards ITIL, ISO 2001, and project management principles; their application to Infrastructure projects and teams.
