Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Space Propulsion Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in space system engineering, particularly in propulsion systems.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement system architecture for the green propulsion system.
- Define and manage system requirements based on customer needs and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with spacecraft subsystems.
- Plan and execute system-level tests to validate the performance and reliability of propulsion systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a high-tech, product-based environment.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively balancing performance, resource use, risk, cost, and schedule.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, a dynamic work environment, and a chance to be part of a pioneering effort in space technology.
