We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and have experience with financial statement preparation, month-end closing, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Month-End Closure: Manage the entire month-end book closure process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.
  • Expense Management: Conduct thorough reviews of expenses to ensure proper classification, recognition, and tax compliances.
  • GST Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.). Stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and explanations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare various financial reports for management, highlighting key trends and providing insightful analysis on financial performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and accounting operations.
