We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance and Administration specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

To onboard new applications into the IGA system, including JDBC applications, Delimited File applications, Logical applications, Active Directory, and LDAP applications.
To work with application owners to understand their systems and explain the integration process, purpose, and goals.
To gather information relevant to the entire IAM process within each application.
To coordinate, test, and validate custom development required by app teams for integration.
To collaborate with internal engineers to build integrations as per governance best practices and application requirements.
To maintain and report accurate statuses for all onboarded applications.
To work with multiple application teams simultaneously.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
To have updated Identity Mapping and configured Source and target applications for attributes.
Experience in developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM Provisioning.
Administering, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management Solutions.
Experience with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) analysis and implementation.
Launching certification campaigns and following up on remediation processes.
Developing or working with forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates.
Creating custom reports for specific and general purposes.
Creating rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment.
Working on Life Cycle Management, including Joiner Event, Leaver event, and Manager Transfer event.
Sailpoint IdentityNow certification.
