Job Summary

The role of a Financial Manager is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual to oversee the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities of an organization. This position requires strong leadership and analytical skills to ensure the accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial activities including accounting, bookkeeping, cash flow, invoicing, and reconciliations using Zoho Books
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Ensure compliance with Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities as needed
  • Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure healthy cash flow management
  • Create financial dashboards and reports within Zoho Books for management review
  • Enhance internal controls and standard operating procedures for finance
  • Support fundraising, cost control, and investment analysis as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • CA / CMA qualification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
  • Mandatory experience with Zoho Books
  • Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
