Job Description:
Liaising with clients to gather functional requirements necessitates hands-on experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub. Working closely with the Solution Architect and Lead System Architect, you will design a comprehensive solution approach that addresses client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participating in workflow analysis and business process analysis to identify and clarify requirements.
  • Contributing to current-future state identification and redesign.
  • Motivating teams to deliver value-driven commitments.
  • Liasing with connecting teams to resolve dependencies and create implementation roadmaps.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to motivate teams and drive value-driven delivery.
