The Role

At Myntra, success is measured in speed. The Deputy Director, Platform Speed Planning is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of logistics, technology, and customer experience.

You will lead a strategic team responsible for shaping our network-wide inventory and fulfillment strategy, directly impacting our ability to deliver products to customers faster than ever before.

Your Impact
  • Elevate Speed & Efficiency: You will own core processes for inventory placement and allocation, directly influencing delivery speed and optimizing holding costs across all nodes.
  • Innovate & Automate: You will design and deploy cutting-edge inventory models and controls that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Optimize Resources: Your strategic oversight will ensure efficient use of our most critical resources—space and capacity—to maximize inventory turns and revenue.
  • Solve Complex Challenges: You will be a key problem-solver, leveraging your understanding of the business to identify operational gaps and drive development of innovative, sustainable solutions.
