Lead Finance and Supply Chain Technology

We are seeking an experienced Director to drive the technology vision for Finance and Supply Chain operations. This strategic leader will develop and execute a technology strategy and roadmap that aligns with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ERP, supply chain management, and financial reporting practices. They will also possess strong risk mitigation skills and be familiar with emerging technologies such as RPA, AI/ML, and blockchain.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technology strategies to improve efficiency and automation in finance and supply chain processes.
  • Manage relationships with key technology partners and vendors to ensure return on investment.
  • Stay ahead of advancements in technologies and methodologies, introducing innovations as needed.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of technology professionals supporting Finance and Supply Chain operations.
Requirements:
  • ERP Expertise, including experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployment architect.
  • Deep expertise in supply chain management within a consumer goods business, including product lifecycle management, supply chain planning tools, warehouse management systems, demand and supply planning, inventory management, procurement, and freight management processes.
  • Deep understanding of financial and management reporting practices, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting systems, financial consolidation, treasury, and audit workflows.
  • Expertise in risk mitigation for both financial transactions and supply chain disruptions.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Awareness of RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI/ML, and blockchain in supply chain optimization and finance and procurement.
