Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing project initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Break down complex tasks into manageable sprints and workflows.
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and regular project syncs.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, blockers, or delays.
  • Maintain accurate task boards, documentation, and project artifacts.
  • Utilize project management tools like Linear to organize work and ensure visibility across teams.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and sprint-based work planning.
  • Prior experience using Linear as a project management tool.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering quality results.
