Design Lead for Large-Scale Housing Projects

As a key member of our architectural team, you will contribute to the design and development of large-scale housing projects.
Senior Architect Responsibilities- Lead complex projects from concept to completion with high standards.
- Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Supervise junior architects and team members to achieve project goals.
- Maintain compliance with building codes, regulations, and timelines.
- Prepare high-quality design documentation and client presentations.
- Monitor progress, conduct site visits, and ensure quality control.
- Support senior architects in design, drafting, and documentation tasks.
- Contribute to project coordination, collaborate with consultants, and attend client meetings.
- Participate in client presentations, conduct site visits, and assist with project reporting.
- Support project scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Relevant experience in large-scale housing projects (senior architect: 3-4 years, junior architect: 0-2 years).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
