As a Background Verification Specialist, you will perform employment background screening services, including education and employment verification.
You will conduct verifications on education and employment history, collect, analyze, and evaluate research information using various media, and prepare screening reports for submission to the client relations team.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain verifications via phone, email, fax, or post, meeting defined quality standards, service levels, and productivity targets.
- Analyze feedback promptly.
- Cultivate relationships with verification sources to generate sales leads and increase business revenue.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
